Digital Solutions Consultant – Cloud & AI

Salary: 30000 - 40000 EUR per year gross

Eyetech is looking for a Digital Solutions Consultant to help clients improve how they work through Microsoft 365, business process automation, AI and cloud business applications.

You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and take ownership of practical solutions from discovery through implementation, training and ongoing support. Within our Solutions Team, you will develop specialist expertise in Copilot and AI while contributing to wider digital transformation projects. You will report to the Solutions Team Leader.

What you will do

• Lead client discovery workshops, understand business processes and recommend practical improvements.
• Configure and deliver Microsoft 365, automation and AI solutions, including agents, workflows and connections between business tools.
• Implement and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, connectors and Microsoft Entra app registrations, with appropriate authentication and permissions.
• Test, deploy and maintain solutions, including their configurations, knowledge sources and documentation, and investigate issues after implementation.
• Demonstrate solutions and deliver practical training that helps users understand their capabilities, limitations and everyday benefits.
• Manage agreed tasks, deadlines and client communication, and review whether delivered solutions improve efficiency, accuracy or user adoption.
• Keep current with AI and Microsoft developments, evaluate useful tools and share knowledge across the team.

Essential experience and skills

• Demonstrated experience delivering digital solutions and taking ownership of defined client work.
• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, with practical capability in SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate or a closely related area.
• Practical experience implementing or supporting AI solutions for business use, together with proficiency in using AI tools, writing effective prompts and critically assessing outputs.
• Experience with business process automation and application integrations, including APIs and working knowledge of Microsoft Entra app registrations, authentication and permissions.
• Clear client communication, structured problem solving and the ability to translate business requirements into workable solutions.
• An organised approach to independent delivery, with attention to quality, security, documentation and collaboration.

Additional experience we value

• Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio implementation.
• Power Platform, Power Apps, Power BI or other business automation and SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamcs 365 Business Central or other related platforms
• Scripting using PowerShell, Python or JavaScript, and familiarity with version control such as Git.
• Web development, particularly WordPress, Elementor Pro or Wix.
