Senior Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of assigned markets. Under the country ownership model, the specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating all marketing activities within the assigned country or countries.

The ideal candidate should have broad integrated marketing capabilities. Candidates with strong experience in PR, media relations, KOL management, and campaign execution will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans for assigned markets.

• Take full responsibility for all marketing activities and deliverables within the assigned country or countries.

• Manage PR activities, including media relations, press releases, news coverage, product reviews, and media partnerships.

• Identify, negotiate with, and manage KOLs, influencers, Telegram channels, media platforms, agencies, and other external partners.

• Plan and execute product launches, integrated campaigns, events, retail activations, promotions, and brand collaborations.

• Manage local social media activities and ensure that content is properly localized and aligned with the brand strategy.

• Conduct market, competitor, consumer, and channel research and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.

• Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, retailers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution.

• Manage campaign budgets, quotations, contracts, payment processes, and performance tracking.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports, including results, learnings, and optimization recommendations.

• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the agreed deliverables.

• Support gaming marketing, community activities, tournaments, and gaming partnerships when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, PR, communications, digital marketing, or brand management.

• Strong PR experience and established relationships with local media, KOLs, Telegram channels, or agencies are highly preferred.

• Experience in consumer electronics, smartphones, technology, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

• Proven ability to independently manage integrated marketing campaigns from planning to final reporting.

• Strong project management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a clear focus on measurable deliverables.

• Good understanding of social media, influencer marketing, PR, events, retail marketing, and local consumer trends.

• Fluency in Russian and the relevant local language is required; working proficiency in English is preferred.

• Willingness to travel and support offline activities when necessary.

Country Ownership Principle

Once assigned to a market, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for all marketing-related work in that country, including PR, KOL cooperation, social media, campaigns, events, content localization, partnerships, budget management, execution, and reporting.
