TECNO is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with strong knowledge of the Uzbek market to strengthen our local brand presence and develop effective social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with TECNO's brand positioning and local market trends.

Content & Marketing: Plan and manage social media content, coordinate KOL/KOC collaborations, and support product launches and marketing campaigns.

Community Management: Build and develop the TECNO user community, increase audience engagement, organize user activities, and maintain relationships with loyal customers.

Performance Analysis: Monitor social media performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize content and engagement strategies.
Requirements:

Native-level Uzbek language proficiency.

Strong understanding of the local market, audience behavior, and social media trends.

Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.

Strong content planning, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience working with influencers (KOL/KOC) and online communities.

Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze social media performance.
