STEM Graduate Trainee

Locations: Port Harcourt, Rivers and Ibadan, Oyo

Employment Type: Full-time

Motivated and analytical STEM graduates to join team as Graduate Trainees. Background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, with willingness to learn and strong problem-solving skills. Preference given to candidates from polytechnics in Ibadan or Port Harcourt residing in or around either location.

• Support technical and operational activities within assigned departments
• Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to workplace challenges
• Participate in training programmes and assigned projects
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organisational objectives
• Maintain accurate records and comply with established procedures
• Support process improvement initiatives and other assigned duties

• Minimum HND with Upper Credit in relevant STEM discipline; higher qualifications welcome
• 0-3 years relevant work experience; fresh graduates encouraged
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively
• Must be willing and available to work in Ibadan or Port Harcourt
• Preference for candidates from polytechnics in Ibadan or Port Harcourt residing within or close to locations
