Ihre Aufgaben

Erstellung von Budgets und Forecasts unter Einbindung der Fachabteilungen wie Vertrieb oder HR
Stetige Weiterentwicklung des Finanzcontrollings insbeson-dere des Budget- und Forecast-Prozesses
Ermittlung von Bilanz- / GuV-Kennzahlen
Erstellung von Kosten - und Abweichungsanalysen und Ab-leitung von nachhaltigen Maßnahmen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen zur Ergebnisverbesserung
Erstellung von Adhoc- und Turnusberichten sowie deren Prä-sentation
Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Controlling-Disziplinen
Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Kennzahlensystems zur effizienten Steuerung für den Bereich Finanzcontrolling
Mitwirkung bei und Leitung von Controlling-Projekten

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschafts-lehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Bereich, besonderer Fokus auf das Fachgebiet Controlling, Rech-nungswesen oder Finanzen ist von Vorteil
Versierter Umgang mit MS Excel sowie Erfahrungen im Um-gang mit dem ERP-System Business Central wünschenswert
Analytischer Arbeitsstil mit Fokus auf das Wesentliche
Lösungsorientierung, Gestaltungswille und Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten
Proaktive Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Engagement sowie starke Teamorientierung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
