About this role
We're looking for a Product Manager to own Fam's product experience end-to-end - from discovering the problem to shipping the fix to iterating on what's live. This is a hands-on, data-driven role that sits at the intersection of users, engineering, and design, demanding someone who can move fast, prototype with AI tools, and turn sharp user insights into a roadmap that actually ships. If you're the kind of person who rolls up their sleeves, influences with evidence, and wants their work to show up in a product people love - we would like to talk.
On the Job :-
- Drive product execution: Partner with the product team to translate vision into execution using data and past learnings.
- Own product areas end-to-end: From problem discovery → roadmap → execution → iteration
- User-first thinking: Deeply understand users, identify pain points, and build delightful solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally:
- Work with Engineering to understand constraints and build scalable systems
- Work with Design on UX, flows, and brand consistency
- Build and manage roadmaps: Prioritize based on business goals, user needs, and data insights
- Be data-driven: Analyze funnels, user behavior, and metrics to guide decisions
- Get hands dirty: Contribute across analysis, design discussions, and execution
- Influence stakeholders: Drive alignment using data and user insights
- Full-stack builder mindset: Comfortable with AI tools and shipping small features to production
- Prototype fast: Use AI tools to build, iterate, and collaborate via show-and-tell
Must-haves (Min. qualifications) :-
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in FinTech or B2C consumer products
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior with the ability to build user-loved products
- Experience owning features or product areas end-to-end with measurable impact
- Strong analytical mindset: Comfortable using data to drive decisions and validate hypotheses
- Good understanding of product, design, and engineering collaboration
- Ability to define and track key product metrics (activation, retention, engagement, etc.)
- Strong documentation skills: Clear, structured PRDs with attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute in fast-paced environments
Good to have :-
- Experience in FinTech, Payments, or Banking products
- Familiarity with growth, activation, and retention-focused problem statements
- Exposure to experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel optimization)
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar
- Basic understanding of SQL or data querying for self-serve analysis
- Experience working in 0→1 or fast-scaling startup environments
- Strong understanding of consumer product patterns across leading apps (onboarding, engagement loops, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI tools for prototyping, analysis, or productivity
- Exposure to design systems and UX principles
- Experience collaborating with growth/marketing teams on campaigns and lifecycle journeys (push, email, CRM)
