As we continue to scale our global platform, the Distribution Support Clerk will play a critical role in supporting daily clerical, analytical, and operational functions across the distribution facility.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Distribution Support Clerk performs a variety of clerical and analytical functions that support the daily operations of the distribution facility, including shipping clerk duties, international documentation preparation, and order prioritization for picking and packing departments. This role serves as a connective link between internal departments and external accounts, leveraging distribution systems such as FMS, WMS, DMS, TMS, and PTAG to maximize workload capacity and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment. The Distribution Support Clerk delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

- Partner cross-functionally with internal departments and external accounts to ensure seamless communication and alignment on shipment priorities and order status.
- Cross-train in various DC Support positions to provide flexible coverage and strengthen overall team capability.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)
- Analyze and manage shipments for customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery that directly supports the fan purchasing experience.
- Prioritize customer orders and special event processing to meet critical fulfillment timelines for fans and retail partners.
- Prepare required international documentation to support global shipments and ensure compliance with cross-border requirements.
- Deliver value-added services that elevate the quality and consistency of fulfillment for fan-facing orders.
Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
- Apply analytical skills to assess and maximize workload capacity across picking and packing departments, identifying opportunities to improve throughput.
- Leverage distribution systems (FMS/WMS/DMS/TMS/PTAG) to monitor operations and surface data-driven insights that support smarter decision-making.
- Adapt quickly to a changing and challenging work environment, proposing practical solutions to emerging operational obstacles.
Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)
- Execute shipping clerk duties with precision and accountability, managing shipment details end-to-end for assigned customer accounts.
- Take ownership of order processing workflows, ensuring customer orders and special events are prioritized and fulfilled accurately.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal departments and external customer accounts.
- Solid analytical and planning skills with the ability to assess workload capacity and support operational decision-making.
- Experience with or ability to learn distribution systems including FMS, WMS, DMS, TMS, and PTAG (training provided).
- Ability to prepare international shipping documentation in compliance with relevant requirements.
- Proven ability to work as a team player and adapt to a dynamic, evolving work environment.
- Willingness to cross-train across multiple DC Support positions to support operational flexibility.
