As we continue to scale our global platform, the Packer will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, customer-ready garment fulfillment at production pace.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Packer is responsible for verifying, folding, bagging, tagging, and packing licensed garments in strict accordance with customer specifications and pick ticket requirements. Working at an incentive pace within a production environment, the Packer ensures every order ships with the correct products, sizes, quantities, and value-added services that fans and retail customers expect. The Packer delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

• Collaborate closely with packing supervisors and teammates to maintain smooth, high-throughput production floor operations.
• Communicate order discrepancies, quantity changes, or multi-line modifications clearly and promptly to supervisors to keep the team aligned.
• Support a positive, accountable team environment by maintaining your station, meeting production targets, and assisting peers when capacity allows.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

• Verify garments against the pick ticket on every order to ensure fans and retail customers receive exactly what they purchased - right product, right size, right quantity.
• Execute folding, bagging, tagging, untagging, stickering, hanger placement and removal, and all other value-added services precisely to customer specifications.
• Pack orders according to each customer's unique requirements, upholding the quality and presentation standards that reflect the Fanatics Commerce brand.
• Ensure accurate scale and quantity checks on every packed order, reducing errors and returns that impact the fan experience.

• Use order management systems to make real-time modifications to order quantity and multi-line configurations as directed by supervisors or requested by customers.
• Identify recurring packing errors or inefficiencies at your station and surface improvement ideas to supervisors.
• Adapt quickly to shifting customer specifications, seasonal volume spikes, and new value-added service requirements without sacrificing accuracy or pace.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)

• Sustain production output at incentive pace throughout full shifts, including scheduled overtime periods.
• Maintain physical stamina and focus while working in a standing position for extended periods across a full production shift.
• Take ownership of order accuracy from receipt of pick ticket through final pack-out, ensuring zero-defect execution on every unit handled.
• Complete all additional duties assigned by supervisors or managers with a flexible, can-do mindset.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write in English, including interpreting pick tickets, order modifications, and packing instructions.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout a full production shift.
• Willingness and availability to work a production shift schedule with overtime as required, including flexible hours.
• Demonstrated ability to work at an incentive pace, consistently meeting or exceeding individual production targets.
• Strong attention to detail to verify garment type, size, quantity, and customer-specific value-added service requirements on every order.
• Basic computer proficiency to enter and modify order data (quantity adjustments, multi-line changes) in the order management system as directed.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
