How you’llmake an impact
As a Brand Summer Student, you'llsupport FCC's Brand Planning and Advertising team by helping deliver brand programs, coordinate advertisingand campaign initiatives, and contribute to activities that create a consistent and impactful brand. You'llgain hands-on experience in brand management, in-house agency operations, traditional and digital media, merchandisingmarketing strategy, and corporate communications while supporting workthat impactsemployees, customers and the Canadian agriculture and food industry.

What you'lldo
Support thedelivery of brand programs, including employeeclothing, branded office experienceand merchandise offeringsby organizing activities, tacking inputsand preparing reports
Support the maintenance of core FCC brand materials, including stationery, business cards, name tags, email signatures, branded templatesand trade show display assets
Assistwith advertisingandcampaign coordination, deliveryand monitoringbyhelping track timelines, deliverables, approvals, paid media details and project status
Organizecampaign, programand channel results to support reporting, learning, impact measurementand continuous improvement
Monitor brand, merchandiseand advertising requests, respond to inquiriesand coordinate requests with internal stakeholders
Prepareresearch summaries andpresentationsrelated to brand strategy or program initiatives, advertising, target audience needs, brand and marketing trends,and brand governance best practices
Maintain organized records, tracking documentsand program resources to support efficient team operations
Assistwith process improvements and operational activities that support the teamand internal partners
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure brand standards and program requirements are communicated and understood
What you’llbring to the team
Required qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business administration, commerce, marketingor a related field
Strong interest in marketing, branding, advertising, communicationsor customer experience
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPointand Outlook
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Preferred qualifications:
Previousexperience through coursework, internships, co-op placements, volunteer workor student organizations related to marketing, communications, businessor brand management
Familiarity with advertising, marketing operations, brand managementor project coordination
Experience conducting research, preparing reports, or maintainingtracking systems
Bilingualism (English and French)
