How you’ll make an impact

We're looking for someone who is curious about digital marketing, customer experience and data-driven decision-making. Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, bringing new ideas forward and learning from experienced professionals. If you enjoy analyzing information, learning new technologies, collaborating with others and finding ways to improve customer experiences, this could be the role for you.

As a Student, Customer Digital Experience, you'll support FCC's digital sales and marketing initiatives by helping generate and manage digital leads, improve customer experiences across digital channels and contribute to sales funnel optimization efforts. Your work will help strengthen FCC's digital sales capabilities and support enterprise goals focused on delivering meaningful customer experiences.

You'll be part of the Sales Strategies team, which is responsible for FCC's digital sales and marketing activities, customer experience initiatives and sales funnel optimization. Working alongside digital marketing, sales and operational teams, you'll gain valuable exposure to digital strategy, lead generation, customer journey management and analytics while contributing to projects that create value for customers and employees.

What you'll do

• Support digital lead generation activities that help connect customers with FCC products and services
• Assist with sales lead follow-up processes and help coordinate lead triage activities with operational teams
• Contribute to the execution and monitoring of digital marketing and customer experience initiatives
• Gather, organize and analyze information to help optimize digital sales funnels and customer journeys
• Support the management and administration of various digital tactics, campaigns and projects
• Assist with research related to digital marketing trends, customer behaviour and emerging online opportunities
• Collaborate with team members across Sales, Marketing and Operations to support project objectives and business goals
• Provide general administrative and project support across the Sales Strategies team as needed

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in marketing, communications, digital media, business or a related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing, customer experience, sales strategy and analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience with digital marketing, customer service, communications, sales or related projects
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as lead generation, customer journeys or sales funnels
• Experience working with data analysis, reporting or marketing performance metrics
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, analytics tools or digital marketing platforms
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
