Agropur is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor Night Shift to join its team in St-Hubert.
The Warehouse Supervisor plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to receiving, warehousing, product packaging, and order assembly.
Work Schedule: Sunday to Friday, from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

- Salary scale 004: $73,000 to $91,200 (base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the role)
How you will contribute to collective success:
- Ensure a safe work environment at all times by enforcing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Lead daily operations to effectively achieve production targets.
- Develop team performance through coaching, guidance, and support.
- Manage all center activities, including hiring, training, maintenance, and committee participation.
- Ensure the rigorous application of the collective bargaining agreement.
- Engage and motivate teams by leading dynamic and well-structured start-of-shift meetings.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
The type of team player who fits in:
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (DEC) in Operations Management, Logistics, or another related field;
- 3 to 5 years of experience supervising warehouse operations in the food or pharmaceutical industries is required.
- Experience working in a unionized environment.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset.
