Responsabilidades e atribuições

Procuramos um(a) Product Owner motivado(a) e organizado(a) para atuar em nosso time ágil. Você será a ponte principal entre as necessidades do negócio, os interesses dos clientes e a equipe de desenvolvimento. [1, 2, 3]

O seu foco principal é maximizar o valor do produto entregue, garantindo clareza nos requisitos, priorização estratégica do backlog e alinhamento total com a visão do produto.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Gestão do Backlog: Criar, organizar, refinar e manter o Product Backlogatualizado, garantindo que os itens reflitam o valor comercial e as necessidades dos usuários
  • Definição de Requisitos: Escrever histórias de usuário (User Stories) claras, critérios de aceitação objetivos e detalhados para o time técnico.

  • Priorização: Ordenar as tarefas e funcionalidades com base no retorno sobre o investimento (ROI), urgência e impacto no negócio.

  • Alinhamento com Stakeholders: Comunicar-se de forma clara com as partes interessadas (negócio, marketing, suporte e diretoria) para gerenciar expectativas e coletar feedbacks

  • Cerimônias Ágeis: Participar ativamente das reuniões de planejamento de Sprint, refinamentos, revisões (Sprint Review) e retrospectivas.

  • Visão de Produto: Garantir que o time de desenvolvimento compreenda plenamente os objetivos da entrega e o valor esperado pelo cliente final.

  • Experiência prévia atuando como Product Owner, Analista de Negócios ou Gestão de Produtos digitais.
  • Forte conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (especialmente o framework Scrum).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, negociação e facilidade para traduzir termos de negócio em requisitos técnicos.
  • Capacidade analítica para tomada de decisões baseada em dados e métricas de produto.
  • Perfil organizado, proativo, empático com o usuário e orientado a resultados
