- Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et capacité à travailler avec ownership.
- Expérience en conception de KPI, génération d'insights business et optimisation opérationnelle.
- Capacité à influencer les parties prenantes et à challenger les idées avec respect.
- Maîtrise du français ; la connaissance de l'anglais serait un atout.
- Une expérience dans le secteur de l'assurance serait un atout.
- Passion pour l'innovation, l'apprentissage continu et l'amélioration des processus.
