Wir suchen einen engagierten IT-Supporter (all genders) für den direkten Einsatz bei unserem Kunden in der Region Berlin/Brandenburg.
Das Besondere an dieser Stelle: Wir bieten Dir ein extrem stabiles Projekt mit einer festen Laufzeit bis Februar 2026 und einer anschließenden Verlängerungsoption für 3 weitere Jahre, die als sehr sicher gilt! Hier kannst Du wirklich ankommen und langfristig planen.
Aufgaben
Als zentraler Ansprechpartner (SPOC) bist Du das Gesicht der IT direkt beim Kunden.
- Ansprechpartner & Berater: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für alle IT-Themen und weist Anwender in neue Systeme, Laptops oder Mobilgeräte ein.
- Hardware-Management: Du kümmerst Dich um die Einrichtung, Konfiguration, Installation und den Austausch von IT-Arbeitsplätzen (Desktops, Notebooks, Drucker, Peripherie) sowie der Medientechnik in Konferenzräumen.
- Troubleshooting: Als "Helping Hand" analysierst und behebst Du Hardware- und Softwarestörungen (MS Windows, Netzwerk etc.) direkt vor Ort.
- Mobile Devices: Du betreust mobile Geräte und übernimmst deren Einrichtung über MDM-Systeme (z.B. Intune).
- Rollouts & Logistik: Du unterstützt tatkräftig bei IT-Rollouts, IT-Umzügen und übernimmst die Lagerverwaltung (Ausgabe, Rücknahme) sowie die Pflege des Asset-Managements.
- Ticket-Profi: Du bearbeitest, dokumentierst und verfolgst alle Anfragen strukturiert im Ticketsystem.
Qualifikation
Das bringst Du mit (Qualifikationen)
Deine Basis: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau) ODER Du bist ein passionierter Quereinsteiger (all genders) mit nachweisbarer Berufserfahrung im IT-Support.
- Deine Erfahrung: Du konntest bereits wertvolle Erfahrung im direkten IT-User-Support (Vor-Ort-Service) sammeln.
- Dein Know-how: Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft-Produkten (Active Directory, ENTRA ID, Berechtigungsvergabe) und bist routiniert im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen.
- Deine Skills: Troubleshooting von Desktops, Notebooks, mobilen Endgeräten und Medientechnik ist für Dich kein Problem.
- ⭐ Dein Plus: Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Mobile Device Management (Intune)
