Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Outbound Dock Loader at our Fort Payne, AL Regional Distribution Center. Join our team today!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00pm-1:30am
Starting Rate: $21.00 PLUS Monthly Incentive Bonus!
Responsibilities
As a Loader/Outbound Dock Associate, you will:
Safely operate a dock stocker load outbound customer orders.
Use technology like RF to pick, sort, scan, and ship orders.
Wrap, sort, load and transport pallets and packages.
Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
Regular and reliable attendance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
0-3 years Warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred, but not required.
Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
High attention to detail.
Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
