Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Verantwortung für Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Lifecycle Management von Applikationen im Bereich Sales mit klarem Schwerpunkt auf SAP SD
  • Analyse von Anforderungen aus operativen Business-Einheiten sowie fachliche und technische Bewertung mit Übersetzung in tragfähige Lösungskonzepte
  • Erstellung von Spezifikationen, Koordination von Tests, Begleitung von Releases und Sicherstellung einer stabilen Applikationslandschaft gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Unterstützung bei Optimierung und Harmonisierung von Sales-Prozessen im SAP-Umfeld, insbesondere in den Bereichen Kundenauftrag, Fakturierung, Schnittstellen und angrenzende Prozesse
  • Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Business-Key-Usern, operativen Business-Einheiten, Group-IT-Fachabteilungen und externen Lieferanten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit 1st-Level-Support und externen Implementierungspartnern sowie Koordination der nachhaltigen Lösung von Incidents, Changes und kleineren Weiterentwicklungen
  • Aktive Einbringung von SAP-SD-Tiefe sowie Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in weitere Drittapplikationen im Bauwesen für fachliche und technische Betreuung
  • Beitrag zur Applikations-Governance und Unterstützung bei wertschöpfender, stabiler und zukunftsfähiger Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft mit IT-Bezug oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Application Management, Consulting oder in der Betreuung von SAP-SD-Prozessen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP SD, idealerweise inklusive Customizing-Verständnis, Prozessanalyse, Testkoordination und Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden SAP-Modulen
  • Ganzheitliches Verständnis von Sales-Prozessen mit strukturierter Aufnahme von Anforderungen aus dem Business und Übersetzung in passende IT-Lösungen
  • Freude an Einarbeitung in weitere Drittapplikationen, insbesondere in Anwendungen zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsprozessen im Bauwesen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
