Distribution Account Manager

Job Description:

• Develop and execute sales strategies across Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
• Own territory revenue, forecasting, and sales performance
• Prospect and secure new distributor accounts and build a strong pipeline
• Drive distributor engagement, product awareness, and sell-through
• Develop relationships with HVACR contractors, technicians, and end users to generate demand
• Represent Fieldpiece at international industry events and trade shows
• Share market insights and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth
• Establish relationships, create market presence, and directly influence the success of a developing international territory

Requirements:

• Significant B2B sales experience with a proven track record selling for a manufacturer through wholesale or two-step distribution
• Demonstrated success hunting for new business, opening accounts, and developing new markets or territories in Central Europe, the Middle East and/or Africa
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable independently owning a large, geographically diverse territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Professional fluency in English
• Additional language skills such as German, Dutch, French, or Arabic
• Residence in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, or Germany
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally approximately 60%
• HVACR industry experience strongly preferred
• Established knowledge of HVACR distributors, contractors, and technicians in Central Europe, the Middle East, or Africa strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
