IT Project Delivery

timelines, budget and quality are in place

that the project team are aligned with the roles and responsibilities, scope

and timeline

the functional team (BA, DEV, QA, UI/UX, Sol Arch) and ensure that committed

deliverables are on time

and adherence to the delivery framework and project governance

the end-to-end project lifecycle and removes roadblocks/impediments

that corresponding functional resources are assigned to a particular project

a continuous improvement process mindset

priorities and project roadmap

as 1st level escalation and address any resistance, conflicting priorities through
