About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who can connect customer needs, business opportunities, and technology. Someone who asks not only what we should build, but also why, for whom, and what impact it should create.

You will help us develop products across markets and improve how we set priorities, define responsibilities, and collaborate throughout the product development process.

This role will work closely with our development team. One of your key responsibilities will be to turn complex requirements into clear, simple, and actionable scopes for IT. The better we define what needs to be built, the faster and more effective our development becomes. As AI accelerates software development, you will also use AI tools to make sure our product specifications keep pace.

What will you do?

• Shape our product strategy. Connect company goals, customer needs, and product opportunities, and bring fresh ideas for how our products can evolve.

• Drive the roadmap and priorities. Co-create our product roadmap and evaluate initiatives based on customer value, business impact, available resources, and regulatory requirements.

• Take products from idea to impact. Coordinate scoping, collaborate on UX/UI, testing, and releases, and evaluate whether the product delivers real value.

• Connect teams and markets. Work closely with IT, Sales, Marketing, Back Office, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, while helping clarify ownership and decision-making responsibilities.

• Make delivery smarter. Help coordinate cross-functional teams, reduce duplication, and make decisions, dependencies, and priorities clear to everyone involved.

• Speed up scoping with AI. Bring AI tools and practices into product analysis, specification writing, and prototyping to keep product preparation aligned with the speed of AI-powered development.

• Measure what matters. Define and track product KPIs, customer experience, and, together with Finance, product profitability

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a strong product mindset who can combine analytical thinking, business understanding, and a hands-on approach to getting things done.

• Experience in developing or managing digital products and a good understanding of the product lifecycle.

• The ability to identify customer needs, work with data, and validate hypotheses.

• A solid understanding of product strategy, prioritisation, roadmaps, and collaboration with development teams.

• The ability to balance customer value, business impact, costs, and technical or regulatory constraints.

• A proactive and independent approach, clear communication skills, and the ability to align different stakeholders without relying on formal authority.

• The flexibility to thrive in a changing environment and help bring more clarity to processes, roles, and responsibilities.

• The ability to break down complex requirements into simple, well-defined, and actionable development scopes.

• Hands-on experience with, or a strong interest in, using AI tools in product management, whether for analysis, specifications, or prototyping.

• Fluency in English and Slovak or Czech.

What would be a plus?

• Experience in fintech, banking, investment services, or wealth management.

• Familiarity with regulated environments, including KYC/AML, MiFID, or GDPR.

• Experience with product discovery, agile development, product analytics, or managing products across multiple markets.

• Experience in improving product processes and cross-functional collaboration.
