Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Вести кадровое администрирование и обеспечивать своевременную подготовку кадровых документов;
  • Контролировать оформление и полноту личных дел сотрудников;
  • Вносить и актуализировать данные сотрудников в учетных системах;
  • Формировать кадровую отчетность, статистику и аналитические данные по персоналу;
  • Принимать участие в HR-проектах и инициативах, направленных на развитие HR-процессов.

Мы ожидаем:

  • Опыт работы в сфере кадрового администрирования;
  • Знание трудового законодательства КР и основ кадрового делопроизводства;
  • Внимательность к деталям, ответственность и организованность;
  • Высшее или среднее специальное образование;
  • Уверенное владение MS Word, Excel и 1С;
  • Свободное владение кыргызским и русским языками.
