In this high-impact role, you will lead full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical teams, shape hiring strategy, and build scalable recruiting processes. • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing, across technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner directly with founders and executives to shape hiring strategy and define top-of-funnel priorities.
• Build, refine, and scale our recruiting processes to ensure speed, quality, and a world-class candidate experience.

Profil recherché

- Experienced in building or improving recruiting operations, pipelines, and interview processes

- Excited to work directly with founders and senior leadership to shape the future of Finch’s team

- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups or fast-scaling tech companies

- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and loves building structure in evolving environments

- Excellent communicator and relationship builder, both with candidates and internal teams

- Proven success hiring for technical and GTM roles across multiple departments

- Comfortable managing multiple open roles with competing priorities

- Data-driven mindset, you track key metrics and use them to optimize outcomes
