Senior Software Developer

Job Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET Core, React, and JavaScript within Visual Studio • Lead, mentor, and guide a squad of 3+ developers while fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning • Architect and maintain database schemas across MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL with focus on performance tuning and optimization • Manage application deployment lifecycles on cloud-based Linux Virtual Machines, leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration and high availability • Proactively monitor production server health, performance, and uptime while rapidly diagnosing and resolving live issues and system outages • Establish and enforce rigorous software testing methodologies (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing) and lead comprehensive code reviews • Drive continuous improvement initiatives including upgrading legacy frameworks and refactoring code for optimal performance Job Requirements: • 5+ years of proven software development experience with a strong portfolio of enterprise-level web applications • Demonstrated experience directly leading, mentoring, and reviewing the work of a development team with 3+ members • Deep technical knowledge of C# and the .NET Core framework • Strong proficiency in React, modern JavaScript, and building responsive user interfaces • Extensive hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including database design and performance optimization • Solid understanding of deploying, configuring, and maintaining applications on Linux environments • Proven experience managing workloads with Kubernetes for container orchestration • Proven experience setting up monitoring tools, tracking system performance, and resolving live production incidents • Proven track record of implementing software testing frameworks and leading peer code reviews
