Business Analyst | Lisbon

Main tasks

• Deliver high-quality, executive-level PowerPoint presentations, transforming complex data into clear, structured, and visually compelling content;
• Translate data and analysis into meaningful insights and narratives, ensuring strong storytelling and logical flow across presentations;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize inputs into concise and impactful messages tailored to senior stakeholders;
• Ensure that customer requirements are clearly understood by project teams and developers, supporting alignment and effective delivery;
• Support the evolution of applications and the design of new solutions through detailed needs assessment and structured analysis;
• Develop and operationalize test acceptance criteria, ensuring quality and alignment with business requirements.

Requirements

Up to 10 years of experience in roles related to business analysis, consulting, or presentation development;

• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field;
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create executive-level presentations;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Excel and data analysis;
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile / Scrum and Design Thinking;
• Ability to structure complex information clearly and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders;
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset;
• Willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Knowledge of Jira and / or Confluence tools will be valued;
• Knowledge of SAS, SAP, and Salesforce will be a plus.
