IT Project Manager | Lisbon

Main tasks

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, while defining milestones, tasks, and dependencies to meet project objectives;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and alignment across all project phases;
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success, ensuring proactive problem-solving and decision-making;
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment;
• Coordinate local governance activities, including stakeholder management with onsite teams, HPE, NetOps, and Workplace teams;
• Support operational project execution on-site, including coordination of building access, site surveys, vendor visits, and logistics;
• Ensure follow-up on hardware delivery and manage local constraints and specific realities related to the Lisbon site.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT project management and delivery;
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices;
• Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements;
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Experience in stakeholder management, particularly with cross-functional and technical teams;
• Experience with project management tools and software;
• Proven track record delivering IT projects within the insurance industry;
• Experience with on-site project coordination, logistics, and operational execution;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
