Salesforce Financial Services Cloud | Lisbon

Main tasks

Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions;

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements;
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and solution designs;
• Configure and develop Salesforce solutions using platform capabilities and development frameworks;
• Develop custom logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies;
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using APIs and integration platforms;
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, platform governance standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines defined by the Salesforce Center of Excellence;
• Participate actively in Agile delivery ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
• Contribute to effort estimation, solution planning, and technical risk assessment;
• Support deployment processes and DevOps practices using CI/CD pipelines and version control systems;
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to more junior consultants and developers, including code reviews and technical coaching;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the Salesforce Center of Excellence;
• Support estimation activities where required.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Salesforce platform architecture and development ecosystem;
• Proven implementation experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud;
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing architecture;
• Experience implementing automation solutions using Flows and other platform capabilities;
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and actively participating in Agile ceremonies;
• Ability to estimate work items and contribute to sprint planning;
• Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and distributed international teams;
• Fluent in English.
