Sales Executive

We are seeking entrepreneurial Freelance Sales Executives to expand FIOE’s reach. This role is fully commission‑based, designed for independent professionals who want to build long‑term client ownership and enjoy perpetual income streams. Work is home‑based, giving you flexibility and autonomy.

• Prospect and acquire new clients across Singapore and the region.

• Present FIOE’s AI recruiting solutions to HR leaders, recruiters, and business managers.

• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product demo, negotiation, and closing.

• Maintain client relationships to ensure ongoing usage and satisfaction.

• Provide market feedback to leadership to refine sales strategy.

• No prior sales experience required — training will be provided.

• Candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, or recruitment solutions will be given strong preference.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently from home.

• Familiarity with HR processes and recruitment trends is a plus.
