We are seeking a self-motivated Product Designer with a keen attention to detail and a discerning eye to join our Mobile Team. You will shape exceptional user experiences across Fireflies’ web and mobile platforms. We care deeply about precision in design, ensuring every detail serves a purpose. Our goal is to create interfaces that are visually clean, highly functional, and effortlessly natural in interaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and Ship Exceptional Experiences: Own end-to-end design projects, from early exploration and prototyping to polished final implementation.
• Think in Interaction, Not Just Screens: Your designs should anticipate user behaviour, ensuring smooth transitions, meaningful feedback, and interactions that feel natural.
• Craft Flow & Interfaces: Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for your features.
• System Thinker: Help maintain Fireflies Essential Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a cohesive user experience.
• Advocate for Design Excellence: Help establish processes that reinforce our commitment to attention to detail, usability, and a design-first approach.
• Collaborate for Seamless Execution: Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality implementation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product design.
• A portfolio showcasing impactful designs delivered in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
• Passion for improving existing patterns and finding innovative solutions for new features and use cases.
• Expertise in UI design, interaction, and copywriting to craft excellent user experiences.
• Enthusiasm about AI-native experiences.
• Experience with designing and applying systems effectively across multiple products.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and lead design initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Figma Pro (Auto-Layout, Variables, Components, Design Organisation, Prototypes)
