We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator / Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage, enhance, and support our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce administration, business process automation, user support, data management, reporting, and platform governance.
This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to drive adoption, improve processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The candidate must be comfortable supporting North American business operations and working EST/ET hours.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related applications.
- Configure and support custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and permissions.
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and automation solutions.
- Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and data quality monitoring.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Support integrations with external systems and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement resolutions.
- Participate in testing, release management, and deployment activities.
- Ensure Salesforce best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience for Salesforce Administrator.
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience for Senior Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration and administration.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Flows
- Reports & Dashboards
- Security Model and Permission Sets
- Data Loader and Data Management Tools
- Change Sets and Deployment Processes
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work EST/ET hours and collaborate with U.S.-based teams.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
- Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, DocuSign, or Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning App Builder, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or Azure Integration Services.
