Experienced Bus Driver - Weymouth
£14.25 per hour.
We’re looking for qualified PCV drivers to join our Weymouth team, offering a secure career with a supportive depot and the opportunity to drive across the South of England.
What’s in it for you?
You’ll earn £14.25 per hour, with the chance to boost your earnings through overtime where available. This is a full-time, permanent position with guaranteed contracted hours and rotas planned in advance, giving you greater certainty around your working week.
You’ll work a rotating pattern covering mornings, evenings and weekends, with your shifts provided in advance to help you plan your time and maintain a good balance between flexibility and predictability.
The Role
As a Bus Driver, you’ll be out on local routes across Weymouth and the surrounding areas, helping customers travel to work, school, appointments and the places that matter to them. You’ll be responsible for the safety and comfort of your passengers, keeping to your schedule and providing a friendly, professional service throughout every journey.
You’ll be part of the local First Bus team, working across a variety of routes and getting to know the areas and communities you drive in. Your experience, reliability and customer-focused approach will make a real difference.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid PCV licence
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexible and reliable approach to shift work
