Trainee Bus Driver - Weymouth

What’s in it for you?
You’ll earn £14.25 per hour. This is a full-time, permanent role with guaranteed contracted hours and rotas planned in advance, giving you greater stability and flexibility when planning your working week.
You’ll work a mixture of morning, evening and weekend shifts, with weekday time off built into your rota. There are also opportunities to work overtime and increase your earnings where available.
The Role
You’ll operate local bus services across Weymouth and the surrounding areas, helping people travel to work, education, appointments, shops and days out. As a customer-facing role, you’ll be an important part of the communities you serve, with safety, professionalism and reliability at the heart of everything you do.
You’ll help keep people across the South of England connected, while providing a safe, comfortable and dependable journey for every passenger.
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- Minimum age of 18
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible approach to shift work
No PCV licence is required - full training is provided.
