Key Responsibilities
- Onboard existing purchasing tasks and ongoing requests smoothly.
- Prepare and send out Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to vendors.
- Assist with bid tabulations and supplier evaluation.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
- Maintain and update the Purchase Requisition (PR) Monitor.
- Track vendor deliveries and follow up on timelines.
- Ensure timely receipt of basic billing documents and invoices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) or MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Previous experience or working knowledge of SAP MM (Procurement Module) is preferred
