Telecom is arguably the most boring industry in the world. Legacy players sell you GBs and minutes. We do the opposite. Firsty makes connectivity instant, so you get online in seconds with no SIM and no roaming bill. Banks, super-apps and travel platforms now build that same magic into their own products. We are a small team in Amsterdam, out of Adyen, going local in NL and Belgium and adding integrations in the UK and Germany.
Some proof: live in 30+ countries, partners like Uber and KBC, and 40+ live integrations already running.
Role overview
You own the top of the pipeline and the system behind it. You decide who we chase, you open the conversations that turn into deals with banks and super-apps, and you build the machinery that lets one person do the work of five. We hire early-career on purpose. We want the person who grows into a commercial lead here.

The whole top of the funnel across NL, BE, DE and the UK: who to chase and the outreach across email, LinkedIn and calls.
The system behind it. You see a repetitive task and want to make it run itself. Clay, Apollo, La Growth Machine and Claude are your friends.
The proposals, built with the founders, so every good lead gets a fast, sharp answer.
The pipeline. You keep Attio clean and true, and you are the person we trust for the real numbers.
Requirements

Early in your career but clearly going somewhere. Ambition and ownership beat years on a CV.
You want responsibility fast and get frustrated waiting for permission.
You like building small automations, and grinding the same task by hand annoys you.
You can sell something technical to serious companies without sounding like a robot.
Speaking German is a plus.
What we offer

€3,200 to €4,200 gross per month, plus uncapped commission.
Full ownership of the sales function from day one.
Direct daily work with the founders in our Amsterdam office.

We are small and early. Some weeks are messy and you will own things before you feel ready.
No big brand or inbound machine is carrying you yet. You help build it. If you want a fixed playbook and a comfy seat, this is the wrong role.
The Team & Environment
We are a small team in Amsterdam. You are the growth engineering team, not part of a big one, so there's huge ownership and nobody to hide behind. The B2B funnel barely exists yet, you are building it, not tuning it. If you want a narrow ticket queue and a review on every PR, this is the wrong role.
