IT Supervisor

1.ด้านเครือข่าย (Networking) 1.1 วางแผนติดตั้งและปรับปรุงระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ (Plan to install and improve the computer network system) 1.2 จัดให้มีระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยเครือข่ายตามนโยบายของบริษัท (Provide network security meet the company's policy) 1.3 ดูแล บำรุงรักษาและบริหารจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานระบบเครือข่าย (Supervise, maintain and manage the network infrastructure) 1.4 ดูแล และบริหารจัดการการเชื่อมต่อโครงข่ายระยะไกล WAN (Maintain and manage the Wide Area Networks)2.ด้านบำรุงรักษา (Maintenance) 2.1บริหารจัดการการบำรุงรักษาคอมพิวเตอร์ ระบบปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ ทั้ง Hardware และ Software (Manage, maintain computer Hardware, Software and Network operating system)3.ด้านระบบภายใน (Internal system) 3.1 ดูแล แก้ปัญหา การสำรองข้อมูล การกู้คืนระบบ และจัดหาผู้เชี่ยวชาญมาสนับสนุนเมื่อมีความจำเป็น (Monitor, Troubleshoot, Backup, Recovery system and provide specialist if need)4.ด้านการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาและให้คำปรึกษา (Help desk Administration) 4.1 จัดเตรียมแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหา และให้คำปรึกษาการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์แก่ผู้ใช้งาน (Troubleshoot, support and advise users)5.ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายคุณภาพของบริษัทฯ (Followed up quality Policy)6.มีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลป้องกัน ควบคุม ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านความปลอดภัยในงานที่รับผิดชอบรวมถึง การเสนอแนะที่เป็นประโยชน์ (Participatoin in prevention and control of environmental and safety responsibility and suggestions)

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in IT or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT field.
Excellent Computer H/W and S/W system and Programs.
Computer network, network admin&installation.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Management and supervisory skills
Decision making skills.
Good communication skills in English; Chinese is a plus. (If any)
