Creator Lead

Fitt Talent Partners is a specialized recruitment firm for top health and wellness companies.

We’re filling this role for AIIR, a communications and experiential agency that helps health, wellness, fitness, and performance brands sharpen their story, build credibility, earn trust, and accelerate growth through strategic communications, media relations, creator partnerships, brand activations, and performance marketing.

AIIR is seeking a Creator Lead to join its New York team. This role will lead the development of AIIR’s dedicated creator practice, building the strategy, systems, relationships, and frameworks that will support the agency as it scales. The Creator Lead will work closely with agency leadership and client teams, owning creator strategy and campaign execution while managing creator and talent relationships, budgets, reporting, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.

ESSENTIALS:

• 5-8 years of experience in client communications with a focus on creator strategy and campaign management (agency, in-house, or a combination)

• Proven track record leading creator and talent agency relationships and managing high-performing teams

• Expert in creator strategy, account management, and end-to-end campaign execution

• Confident building a creator practice from the ground up, with an entrepreneurial and systems-oriented mindset

• Strong leadership, organizational, and client communication skills

• Deep understanding of health, wellness, fitness, and performance trends and the broader creator landscape

• Working knowledge of FTC endorsement guidelines and health/wellness advertising compliance, including required disclosures and supplement and medical/health claims

• Foundational brand-side knowledge of LTK and ShopMy

• Confident managing budgets, scopes, and overall account profitability

• Experienced negotiating creator and talent agency contracts, including usage rights, exclusivity, and paid amplification/whitelisting terms

• Passionate about storytelling, brand building, and mentoring teams

• Based in New York City and able to work a required hybrid schedule

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creator Strategy + Practice Building

  • Lead creator strategy, planning, and program development across client accounts

  • Build scalable frameworks for creator vetting, briefing, contracting, campaign management, and reporting

  • Define and evolve creator KPIs and ROI benchmarks across clients, including engagement, EMV, and conversion

  • Identify opportunities to expand creator programming within existing client accounts

  • Support new business pitches, RFPs, proposals, and creator budget/pricing development

• Creator + Talent Relationships

  • Build and manage targeted creator and new media lists aligned with campaign objectives

  • Develop strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies

  • Oversee creator recruitment and affiliate programs across platforms such as LTK, ShopMy, Shopify Collabs, and Amazon Associates

  • Negotiate creator and talent contracts, including usage rights, exclusivity, and paid amplification terms

• Campaign Execution

  • Lead integrated creator campaigns across product launches, gifting, events, paid partnerships, and other brand initiatives

  • Manage creator campaigns from strategy and outreach through contracting, execution, tracking, and reporting

  • Collaborate closely with PR, experiential, paid social, and creative teams

  • Own creator budgets and ensure campaigns deliver against client scope, KPIs, and profitability goals

  • Measure campaign performance and translate results into actionable client recommendations

• Client + Team Leadership

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day creator point of contact for clients

  • Provide senior-level counsel, proactive recommendations, and strategic pivots as needed

  • Maintain a strong understanding of client industries, competitors, and category trends

  • Manage and mentor junior team members

  • Help hire, onboard, and structure the creator team as the practice grows

PREFERRED / NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience spearheading creator campaigns within IMPACT

• Experience managing creator research, list-building, tracking, and reporting through MightyScout or comparable platforms such as CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, or Tagger

• Experience contributing to new business pitches, RFPs, and proposal/pricing development

• Experience collaborating with paid social/media teams on creator content amplification, including whitelisting and Meta partnership ads

• Experience hiring, onboarding, or structuring a creator/influencer team as it scales
