IT Officer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced IT Officer with strong expertise in software development, system development, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new digital systems to improve the company's operational efficiency, automate business processes, and integrate departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new digital systems tailored to the company's operational and management needs.

• Develop software applications and business management systems to automate manual processes and improve organizational efficiency.

• Analyze existing business workflows and translate departmental requirements into practical digital solutions.

• Develop and maintain integrated systems for HR, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Aftersales, Sales, and other departments.

• Design, develop, and manage databases, system architecture, user interfaces, and reporting dashboards.

• Develop web-based applications, automated workflows, and management reporting systems.

• Integrate existing software, databases, and business applications to ensure efficient information sharing across departments.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade, and improve developed systems and applications.

• Ensure data security, user access control, system reliability, and regular data backups.

• Provide technical support, system documentation, and user training for newly developed digital solutions.

• Research and recommend appropriate technologies to support the company's digital transformation and long-term business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in software development, system development, or application development.

• Proven experience developing and implementing software applications or business management systems.

• Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development frameworks, database management, and SQL.

• Practical experience in web application development, API integration, and system architecture.

• Experience designing and developing ERP, HRMS, inventory management, or other business automation systems is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, system testing, and software maintenance.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, understand business requirements, and deliver functional digital solutions.
