Join our IT Business Applications team as a Business Applications Project Manager, where you'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between finance business requirements and technical solutions. We're seeking a proactive leader to stabilize our financial systems, accelerate critical projects, and drive impactful process improvements through hands-on NetSuite application management Workato integrations and .

What am I going to do?

• Spearhead the restart of postponed financial projects by translating complex business needs into actionable technical implementation plans.
• Configure and customize NetSuite and other financial applications to automate and enhance key workflows, including billing, revenue recognition, and procurement.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues within our finance module stack, ensuring operational stability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and best practices for new financial processes, ensuring scalability and ease of support.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on our financial business applications, taking hands-on ownership of Workato integrations.
• Collaborate closely with the Finance team to identify opportunities for process automation and application enhancements, acting as a trusted technical advisor.

Requirements

• You are a true Quality Executioner at heart, dedicated to delivering meticulously crafted solutions and ensuring seamless operations within complex, cross-functional environments.
• You possess a strong understanding of financial domains, with proven experience in areas like billing, revenue recognition, or procurement processes.
• You bring hands-on 1+ year experience in Workato integration development and configuration, enabling you to build robust automation solutions.
• You have a 3+ years solid grasp of NetSuite system administration, customization, and best practices for financial modules.
• You excel at cross-functional collaboration, effectively partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive project success.
• You have a demonstrated ability to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within business application ecosystems.
• Perform all of the above in a SOX-compliant environment.

Nice to have

• A background in implementing and managing financial reporting tools.

Working with AI

This role will leverage AI and automation tools, particularly Workato, to streamline financial workflows and enhance reporting capabilities. While AI will handle repetitive tasks and complex data transformations, your expertise will be crucial for designing, implementing, and overseeing these automated solutions, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and maintain data integrity.
