Product Designer (UI / UX)

We are looking for a Product Designer who can own the end-to-end design process from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, and polished, production-ready UI. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to craft intuitive experiences for complex, data-rich workflows across web and mobile. This is a high-ownership role where your design decisions will directly shape how thousands of fleet operators run their businesses every day.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design process end-to-end: translate product specifications and business goals into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• User research and testing: plan and conduct concept testing, usability testing, and user interviews; synthesise findings into actionable design improvements.
• User-centred iteration: take a user-centred design approach, rapidly test ideas with real users, and iterate designs based on data and feedback.
• Solve complex UX problems: find creative, pragmatic solutions to challenges around usability, findability, information density, and data visualisation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to scope, refine, and ship designs; clearly communicate design rationale and hand off specs to developers.
• Design systems and consistency: contribute to and help maintain a scalable design system that ensures visual and interaction consistency across products.
• Visual & marketing design: create graphic content, banners, emailers, social creatives, and other promotional assets in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Stay ahead of the curve: keep abreast of competitor products, industry trends, and emerging design tools and patterns, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• 2-4+ years of relevant experience in product design (UX/UI), preferably in SaaS, B2B, or data-heavy products.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, Product Designer, or a similar role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects, clear problem-solving, and measurable impact.
• Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e. g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Working knowledge of animation, motion design, and video editing tools (e. g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lottie).
• Familiarity with platform-specific interface guidelines across mobile and desktop (iOS, Android, responsive web).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
