Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Fleetx, you will own the roadmap, development, and optimisation of our logistics products. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver features that solve real customer problems and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Insights: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyse data to deeply understand customer pain points.
• Requirement Gathering: Write clear PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver features on time.
• Product Development: Own the end-to-end delivery of features from ideation and design to launch and iteration.
• Data-driven Decision Making: Define and track product metrics; use data to validate decisions and iterate fast.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the voice of the customer while balancing business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on new industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies relevant to logistics and SaaS.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience working in agile product development environments.
• Comfortable with analytics tools like SQL, Tableau, HubSpot, Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar.
