With a proud history and reputation for quality, innovation and design, Oliveri is a leading name in Australia's kitchen and bathroom industry. Known for its commitment to craftsmanship, functionality and style, Oliveri offers an extensive portfolio of products designed to enhance the modern home. As our product portfolio continues to evolve, we're looking for an enthusiastic and technically minded Product Specialist to join our Adelaide team and play an important role in shaping, supporting and growing our product offering.

This is no ordinary product role. It's an opportunity to get right under the skin of some of Australia's leading kitchen and bathroom products, become the go-to expert across our portfolio and play a key role in shaping the products, systems and customer experience behind our brands. From sinks, tapware and water filtration through to accessories and spare parts, you'll develop an exceptional understanding of our products, how they work, what can go wrong and, most importantly, how to make them better.

You'll work across product management, technical support, new product development, warranty investigations, spare parts, compliance and even marketing and design. It's a varied role that will suit someone who loves having their fingers in lots of different pies!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle, from development and technical support through to product performance, presentation and continuous improvement.
  • Become the go-to technical expert across Oliveri's kitchen and bathroom portfolio, including sinks, tapware, water filtration and accessories.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, investigating common faults, installation challenges and technical issues.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams, customers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate product launches, supplier samples, costings, testing, certifications and compliance requirements.
  • Identify recurring product issues, analyse warranty trends and work with suppliers to improve product quality and performance.
  • Get involved in graphic design, packaging artwork, product mock-ups and supplier updates.
  • Support sustainability initiatives, packaging requirements, APCO reporting and ongoing WELS renewals.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A GREAT FIT?

We're looking for someone who is technically curious, commercially switched on and loves getting into the detail. You could be:

  • An experienced plumber or tradesperson ready to transition into a corporate product-focused career.
  • Someone from the kitchen, bathroom, plumbing or building products industry.
  • A technical product specialist who enjoys investigating, troubleshooting and solving problems.
  • 5-8 years' experience in plumbing, kitchen, bathroom or building products.
  • Strong technical understanding of product specifications, components and installation.
  • Ideally experience with product management, technical support, warranty processes or spare parts.
  • An interest or experience in Adobe Creative Suite would be a great bonus and familiarity with SAP, ERP or Product Information Management systems would also be advantageous.
  • An understanding of Australian plumbing standards, WaterMark and WELS requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a diverse role where you can genuinely make your mark. It's a role where no two days will look the same, your ideas will matter and you'll have the opportunity to influence product quality, customer experience, innovation and the future of our portfolio. As part of Fletcher Building, you will have a great support network, opportunities to grow your career, access to an Education Support fund, and discounts on a range of products.

If you're a product enthusiast, a natural problem-solver and someone who loves knowing exactly how things work, we want to hear from you!
