Flora Co. is a flowers, roses and plants retail company based in Kuwait. We are hiring a remote sales and customer service representative in Egypt to handle our customers on WhatsApp.

Responsibilities:

  • Reply to customer messages on WhatsApp quickly and politely

  • Convince customers and close sales

  • Follow up with hesitant customers until they order

  • Take orders and confirm delivery details

  • Handle questions and complaints

  • Working hours: 9 hours daily, Kuwait time

  • Salary: 15,000 EGP per month + commission on every order. The more you sell, the more you earn.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.

  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused attitude.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
