Product Manager

We are looking for a high-ownership, self-driven Product Manager who can work closely with business, operations, and engineering teams to ship impactful products on the ground. This role requires a strong mix of product thinking, execution ability, stakeholder management, and business intuition. You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in building and scaling Florzy's online-to-offline flooring marketplace.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Product Strategy and Execution:

• Own end-to-end product initiatives from problem discovery to launch.
• Define product requirements and prioritize the roadmap based on business impact.
• Translate operational and business workflows into scalable digital products.
• Work closely with design and engineering to ship high-quality features.

Cross-Functional Ownership:

• Act as the bridge between business, operations, supply chain, and tech teams.
• Gather requirements from on-ground teams and convert them into clear product solutions.
• Drive execution across teams and ensure initiatives go live successfully.
• Proactively identify problems and take ownership to solve them.

Customer and Funnel Optimization:

• Understand customer journeys across discovery, quoting, ordering, and installation.
• Identify friction points and improve conversion across the funnel.
• Work on pricing, quote-to-order conversion, and scheduling flows.
• Build and track dashboards for key product and business metrics.

Growth and Performance Marketing Support:

• Work closely with the marketing team to improve acquisition and conversion funnels.
• Analyze campaign performance and landing page metrics.
• Suggest product and UX improvements to drive better ROI.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years (BTech from IIT) with experience in product, consulting, analytics, or fast-paced startups.
• Extremely smart, proactive, and high-ownership mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with both business teams and engineers.
• Good product sense, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast.
