Detailed Job Description

·Experienced

Release Manager / Project Manager with demonstrated experience managing large,

complex technology releases and implementations, preferably within

Banking/Financial Services.

·Strong

expertise in release planning, scheduling, governance, risk management,

stakeholder communication, and cross-functional team coordination.

·Proven

ability to lead multiple concurrent releases, manage dependencies, resolve

issues, and drive successful delivery in fast-paced environments.

·Demonstrated

leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage conflicts,

and build strong relationships across business and technology teams.

·Hands-on

experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and release/project management

tools.

·Good

understanding of OpenText WEM, AWS, databases, and enterprise technology

environments.

·Strong

communication, organizational, and execution skills, with the ability to

escalate risks appropriately and ensure delivery commitments are met.

·Banking

domain knowledge and familiarity with enterprise governance, standards, and

delivery methodologies are highly desirable.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 100,000 Per Year
