Senior Accountant

Role Summary

The Senior Accountant supports the financial close and reporting cycle across Flow's KSA entities. Working closely with the Financial Controller, this role ensures the accuracy of the general ledger, financial statements, and monthly management reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for assigned properties or entities.
• Coordinate with the AP and AR teams to ensure the accurate recording of payables and receivables.
• Support the month-end close by ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and the financial records are complete.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4-7 years of accounting experience; experience in real estate or property management is preferred.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and SOCPA accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
