In addition to performing the primary compensation business partnering role supporting the assigned business segment, this role also serves as the subject matter expert for US and Canadian pay practices and compliance requirements, assisting Global Compensation Team peers in their support of their assigned business segments.

Fluor’s Urban Solutions group delivers engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services from concept to completion, focusing on industries critical to modern life, transportation, and energy transition. This business is Fluor’s flagship growth segment, combining large-scale infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, and life sciences projects with a strong focus on data-driven design, operational excellence, and strategic alignment with global megatrends.
