Join Force Factor as a Talent Acquisition Intern for the summer of 2027. Gain hands-on experience in recruitment and hiring, develop essential skills in talent acquisition, and contribute to the company's overall hiring strategy. Work closely with the People team, manage candidate scheduling, conduct interviews, coordinate campus recruitment activities, enhance employer branding, and work on personal projects related to talent acquisition. This internship is based in the Seaport District of Boston and offers mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Missions
- Manage candidate scheduling in Greenhouse, ensuring timely and efficient coordination for interviews and other recruitment activities.
- Gain firsthand experience by preparing for and conducting interviews across a range of roles, from entry level to leadership positions.
- Coordinate and execute campus recruitment events and initiatives in the Greater Boston area, including career fairs, info sessions, and networking events to attract top talent.

- Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate, Masters, or MBA program at an accredited institution. This opportunity is open to all students, from first-year students to seniors, MS students, or MBA students
