我们正在寻找一位在电力行业具有一定背景和经验的资深销售，专注于国家电网、南方电网及中国铁路等重点客户业务。您将协同另外两位同事， 负责西部/西南电网的直接业务。 该职位需要您具备较好的客户关系管理、项目投标、渠道开发能力。并善于学习，对红外测温/热像方面的用户有覆盖能力。

主要职责

• 重点客户管理：

  直接负责西部/西南方电网的业务，通过CRM系统管理关键客户，推动销售机会转化，并协调售后服务工作。

• 项目投标与执行：

  主导电力行业的项目投标工作，确保项目从跟踪到交付的全流程顺利推进。

• 渠道开发与管理：

  开发新的渠道合作伙伴，并深化现有经销商在电力公用事业和铁路领域的合作关系。

• 业务策略与创新：

  结合地区行业趋势，制定并执行地区特有的业务策略，推动业务持续增长。

• 跨区域协同：

  与团队其他成员在重大项目上的积极有效协作。

任职要求

• 教育背景：

  自动化、电力、电气工程或电力设备相关专业本科及以上学历。

• 工作经验：
  • 至少5年以上工作经验，熟悉国家电网、西部电网及铁路系统的业务模式。
  • 具备电力行业项目投标经验，熟悉招投标流程及关键成功因素。
• 核心能力：
  • 出色的渠道开发与管理能力，能够独立拓展并维护经销商网络。
  • 优秀的客户关系管理能力，能够与关键客户建立长期信任关系。
  • 强大的业务推动力，具备自我驱动、问题解决及创新思维能力。
  • 身体素质良好，能够适应频繁出差。
  • 具备较强的抗压能力，能在快节奏环境中高效工作。
