Your responsibilities will invlude:

Account Management & Client Relations

• Portfolio Management: Autonomously manage a client portfolio and build long-term, strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• LTV Maximization: Drive client retention and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Business Reviews & Negotiations: Lead regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and negotiate contract renewals and expansions.
• Client Advocacy: Act as the internal "voice of the customer" to align company resources with client needs.

• Technical Advisory: Partner with the sales team as a technical expert to align cloud solutions with customer business requirements.
• Solution Architecture: Assist in mapping client needs into GCP-based architectural solutions and lead technical presales discussions.

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Solid understanding of GCP core concepts and products.
• Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on proficiency with Terraform (must-have).
• Version Control & CI/CD: Practical experience with GitHub / GitLab and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Containerization & Networking: Good understanding of Kubernetes and core cloud networking concepts.
• Proven B2B account management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Languages: Romanian (C1+), English (C1+).

• Certifications: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect (active or expired) and/or CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
• Prior experience in a Customer Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technical Presales role.
