岗位职责

1、负责基于视觉-惯性-雷达（VLIO）融合SLAM算法研发与优化;

2、设计并实现闭环检测、回环优化模块;

3、实现局部/全局重定位与退化场景下鲁棒性优化;

4、参与建设计与online/offline建图算法实现;

5、跟进技术指标验证;

6、快速学习并尝试新算法与工具，支持技术弹性拓展。

任职条件

1、硕士及以上学历，计算机视觉、机器人感知方向;

2、熟悉SLAM主流算法（LIO-SAM、VINS、ALOAM、R3LIVE、VLOAM、ORBSLAM、Fastlio、Fastlvio等）;

3、熟悉视觉/LiDAR/IMU时间同步与标定;

4、精通C++/Python及ROS2;

5、具备优化器（Ceres、G2O）和后端非线性优化经验（擅长优化算法）;

6、强烈的自驱力和快速学习能力，能适应算法迭代和技术栈切换;
