JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Coordinator will provide hands-on support across the full scope of the U.S. Marketing function for FOX Deportes - Trade Marketing for Affiliates, Ad Sales Marketing, and Consumer Marketing - working closely with the Director Consumer Marketing to execute day-to-day initiatives. This role is the primary execution partner behind the Director's strategy, keeping projects, materials, and campaigns moving across every workstream, including early support for future marketing efforts on FOX One and Tubi.

This is a strong opportunity for an organized, detail-driven marketing professional to gain broad exposure across consumer, trade, and ad sales marketing within a major sports media brand.

Trade Marketing Support - Affiliate Sales

• Assist in producing and maintaining affiliate-facing marketing materials, one-sheets, and sales collateral.
• Coordinate logistics and assets for co-marketing and promotional programs with MVPDs and distribution partners.
• Track deliverables and deadlines across affiliate marketing campaigns.

Ad Sales Marketing Support

• Help build and format sales presentations, sponsorship decks, and proposals for the Ad Sales team.
• Coordinate the trafficking and delivery of creative assets for advertiser campaigns and sponsorship activations.
• Support post-campaign reporting and case study development for advertising partners.

Consumer Marketing Support

• Support execution of consumer campaigns, including tune-in promotion, content calendars, and audience growth initiatives.
• Coordinate social and digital content scheduling, working with internal teams and external vendors/agencies.
• Assist with on-air marketing logistics, asset requests, and brand consistency checks.

Future Scope Support - FOX One & Tubi

• Assist with research, competitive tracking, and coordination as marketing plans for FOX One and Tubi take shape.
• Support the Director in building out go-to-market materials for future streaming initiatives.

Administrative & Cross-Functional Support

• Help track marketing budgets, invoices, and vendor/agency relationships.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and status reports across all workstreams.
• Coordinate meetings and communications between Marketing, Affiliate Sales, Ad Sales, and LATAM counterparts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of marketing experience (including internships), ideally in media, sports, or entertainment.
• Bilingual, English/Spanish, preferred, with an interest in the U.S. Hispanic media landscape.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management and social media tools a plus.
• Based in Mexico.
