1. Custimze the BMC to meet customer's requirement

2. BMC bring up and modification for server platform

3. Uboot/Kernel/busybox/Linux driver/Linux program/Script ability

4. C/C++/Java/Html language programming

5. Troubleshooting of hardware/firmware and clarify the question/bug with function team

6. Write technical documents and training engineers.

[Storage]

1.Familiar with SATA and SAS protocol.

2.Familiar with embedded linux based development(uboot/kernel/drivers/root filesystem).

3.Experience with SAS expander card development.

4.Experience with PIC development for control/monitor HDD BP, fan, etc.

5.Have programing skills in C/C++ and Assembly.
